please RSVP!

Only when we started addressing invitations did we realise that we'd left off (a) a deadline for RSVP'ing and (b) a place to say "I'm not coming". Eek!

So could we ask that you please:

1. RSVP by a month before the (first) event you're planning to attend.
2. Send back the card (with your name on it) or e-mail even if you can't (or refuse to!) come.
